The Challenge
The website, catalog, and overall branding felt outdated. The product information was hard to find and not complete and as a consequence the sales team was consistently requesting additional supportive marketing material for new products. Showrooms were not presenting Ronbow to their clients due to a lack of clear and appealing marketing and informational tools.
The Opportunity
Relaunch the company with a fresh new look and feel and create new marketing tools to win back showrooms' trust.
MY ROLE
During my time at Ronbow I initially led the rebranding of a luxury sub-brand collection called Signature Series, and later, the core brand.
After establishing a clean and elevated design system, I designed the core website starting from the pages flow, to curating the storytelling and visual flow of all pages. I also led the design of 4 print catalogs and the photography art direction of 8+ new furniture collections.
In addition to this, I led the design efforts of all the dayly graphic materials needed from Amazon store imagery, product specification leaflets, CRM and coordinated with extenal vendors to produce the trade shows booth design.
The Outcome
The full scale rebrand succesfully increased sales and customers consideration. As a result of it, I was hired by the company CEO to rebrand the other startup he owned, Maykke.

IMPROVED FILTERING DESIGN
User-centered design
to help with decision fatigue
Ronbow sells a lot of furniture in different styles and dimensions (vanity, side cabinets, drawers, wall cabinets, sinks, sintops etc), getting the hang of all the options could be overwelming and that’s where we were loosing clients, they could’t find what they needed.
The solution was to have 2 main options for users, to shop by collection or by style. Each of those 2 pages were designed stategically to help giude them.
The “shop by collection” page provided an overview of each collection's size and finishes available to minimize the clicks and collect the main information needed. Alternatively, it was possible to shop by vanity and see the available options.
The “choose your look” page was designed as a filtering page to guide the user in their search. The user could select their favorite style (transitional, traditional or modern) as a result, the filter was showing all the available vanity sizes in that style. The user could continue selecting their size choice and find out the available colors for those products.
This tool was offering a quick overview of all the options Ronbow could offer to any customer specific need.
EASY MATCHING PRODUCTS SORTING
Design that makes it easy to love and buy
On the vanity base product page, user could select their preference between top + sink or sinktop.
As a result of the user choice, the available options would appear below, to help people figure out what products match.
